They are given a design of high end luxury residence of around 900 to 1000 sq m. For better understanding of Design subject students must go through the live case study. So, we had arranged live case study at Elixa park , Kolhapur which is a high end luxury apartment having 5 bhk, 8 bhk units with facilities like home theatre,, gym, lavish lift lobby, drivers and servants room, luxurious entrance lobby etc.
Thus, this study helped students in understanding various spaces, planning, functions, services etc of high end luxury residence .
